Print the front face together with the accents! Use supports for the door assembly (this is the most critical part!). Some thread inserts are also needed (see photos). I uploaded the CAD-files, so you can use them for modifying or creating your needed stls…
The pigtail holder with the inner thread is use for this connector: https://www.reichelt.de/quicklock-stecker-groesse-12-4-pol-lum-0250-04-p239475.html and its counterpart https://www.reichelt.de/quicklock-einbaukupplung-groesse-12-4-pol-lum-0270-04-p239489.html?&nbc=1&trstct=lsbght_sldr::239475.

For the assembly of all the parts you can use the general Voron manuals (V2.4 R2, TAP, Stealthburner) and the BTT manual at their GitHub: https://github.com/bigtreetech/EBB/tree/master/EBB%20SB2240_2209%20CAN.
The crimping of the JST1.25 is a real pain in the butt. But you can buy precrimped connectors and solder all the needed parts (hotend heater and thermistor, TAP). There's no much space for the assembly. Be careful with the flat cam cable!
I'm using the Phaetus Dragon BMO hotend, but you can use another also.
