Pre-punched paper for origami

Print a sheet with pre-punched marks for folding and making origami figures.  
The first layer should not be flattened and flow at 100%, with pla it is brittle but it is possible, with petg more flexible. 
Model 1: 0.6 sheet with 3 layers of 0.2 each.  
Model 2>: 0.8 sheet with 4 layers of 0.2 each.  
Will you be able to remember how to do it without going to youtube...?
