There are a lot of these LED riser models for the BambuLab AMS. Several I REALLY liked, but didn't want to spend 2 hours at a hardware store searching for screws and nuts etc. I designed this one to be minimalist and printable on the X1 without supports and without hardware. This does take some soldering and wire-routing effort.

Print Left and Right in normal orientation. Print Center upside down. Supports wouldn't matter but its faster with the air holes on the bed.

Parts:

6 pin Buffer to AMS cable from BambuLab Store

I printed mine in the PA-CF that came with the X1 Carbon. on 0.2mm layers with the “strong” profile. The foot pads were printed in general TPU.

Use a Multi Meter to make sure you get the pins and polarity right on the AMS wire. 1 ground 1 24v. The wire colors in the 6 pin cable were NOT standard. My yellow was 24vDC and red was ground (go figure).

Update: Uploaded STEP File from FREECAD. The 4 bodys are in the 1 step file, the footpad is tucked under the riser leg with the power button as if it was installed. Be careful there. Enjoy and CAD responsibly :D
