Garmin zumo to smartphone adapter

Another one of those models that are so specific that it probably will be of little to no use to someone else. :) (* I have designed this adapter to fit my Huawei P8 in its outdoor case. But it is easily customizable to a certain degree.)

I have a Garmin zumo mount on my motorcycle and thought it would be nice if I could use it to mount and power both, the satnav and my smartphone, eliminating the need for another mount and power supply.

Assembly is pretty straight forward. Just make sure to get the polarity right! – If you have questions, just leave a comment! :)

Hardware needed (for my version of this adapter):

• 8x screws M3 x 10mm
• 2x screws M3 x 16mm
• 1x spring 22mm x 4mm
• 2x cable end sleeves 2mm (this will be our contact points)
• 1x micro USB cable
