New pins for Cuff Customizer

Coded from scratch (but still referenced the original) the pin creation from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:528239. There are two things this customizer does:

1. It makes round heads for the lock pins instead of the square ones in the original. The round looks a lot nicer to me and it appears to have been something intended in the original.
2. Added in the ability to use small padlocks to further secure the pin and keep it from backing out under exertion.

To use:

• Create collar/cuff using original link
• Copy ‘Cuff Width’ from the original customizer into this
• ‘Fudge factor’ scales the print due to tight tolerances (on a Prusa MK3S+ the default 97 worked well for me)
• Turn on the Padlock option and set a hole diameter for your lock shackle. All the luggage locks I have handy worked with the 3mm option. NOTE: As the thickness of the pin scales to Cuff Width, narrow cuffs may not be able to support a padlock. At the default 3mm, it seems to handle widths of 40mm or more.

Somewhat related: Working on remaking the original collar/cuff script mostly from the ground up, trying to finish the original goals as well as implement some new designs that I've desired.
