I wanted a softer grip for the thumbwheel, so I split the model in two: a core and a grip. These can be printed seperately in different materials. I chose TPU for the grip, and PETG for the core.
The print settings and orientations are in the PrusaSlicer Project file. Faces between parts are offset by 0.15mm, seems reasonable.
For the PETG core, my gcode is pretty much just PrusaSlicer defaults for Prusament PETG, with a height modifier to print external perimeters first while the text is being printed.
For the TPU grip. I've included a conservative profile for the MK3S, 2 perimeters, no infill, 0.15mm Layers, I also turned off ‘ensure vertical shell thickness'.
