Banana for Scale, Engineering tool

A tool to be used for precise measurments, and as a contextual scale for important projects. This is a exact scan of a real Cavendish Banana with centemeter-acurate scale markings gently installed along it's length. 

This banana was scanned at a 0.2mm resolution and then modified in Blender to add a convinent lay-flat face with enscribed measurments at 2mm increments. An OBJ and MTL file are included which contain the banana texture information shown in the detailed render. This texture was generated with the DreamTexture AI plugin for Blender, crazy.

Requires a small amount of support on the stem. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 15% infill, and the ‘concentric’ top fill pattern.

Three versions available:

• Metric scale
• Metric scale with colour change for text/ruler for better contrast
  • I only provided GCode and .3mf file because the STLs are hard to align otherwise
• Inch/imperial scale
