PS2 SCPH-39001 2.5" HDD Caddy / Tray

I took the design from RetroGameRevival which works on most PS2's but apparently not some 3900x's.

I tried using RetroGameRevival's file PS2_2.5inch_HDD_Caddy_GameStar_Full for my PS2 system (SCPH-39001) and it was 2mm too wide on the right and the HDD needed shifted left 1mm in order for everything to line up. Rather than trying to edit mesh's with Fusion360, I took the measurements I needed and created a new one.

I don't know what other systems this will fit. I don't even own a PS2, this one is for my nephew. I am using a 2.5" HDD (SATA) and the RGEEK Gamestar drive adapter.

It's snug enough to not need screws, but I did include the holes anyways, plus added a large hole on the right for a screwdriver to fit through.

PRINTING

I used Ultimaker Cura, and used the preset for STANDARD QUALITY 0.2mm with supports enabled (for the screw holes) and the tray laying flat on the bed. I added helper disks to the corners and a brim (outside only). Infill doesn't matter, since thin enough that there is none. Took about 3h to print.
