Proclip Base for Universal Smartphone Holder

Found the universal smartphone holder from maot1985 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3819931) was great, however, I didn't have the 4-screw brodit mount and only had the 2-screw swivel version from my older proclip mounts. So I modified the base to accommodate the 2-screw swivel mount.

You'll need to use the other parts from the original make to complete the holder.
