Anet A8+ BIQU H2 BLTouch mount

After building StarGate01's excellent H2 mount, I realized that the 'aux' mount was aimed for a different bed probe than my BLTouch.

I essentially took the existing arm he created and bent it backwards, adding mounting holes for the BLTouch.

I've printed in PLA with 0.16 layer height, and PETG with 0.32.  Worked fine either way.

My x-offset is 55.5mm and the Y is 0, or at least as close as I could get it.
