UPDATE 3/31/2023: I revised this design to make all the vectors connect and should be minimum issues when using a FDM/FFF printer.
Suggest using these slicer settings below that made the bars turn out better. Note, these settings are from Cura by Ultimaker:
At 240% on all X-Y-Z axis's is what I resize it to for printing that gives a relative decent size (L: 3-5/8", W: 3-9/16", H: 3/8") for a small hand-size print. See pictures for comparison of the older version and newer version from these settings:
Print Quality: Standard
Monotonic Top/Bottom Order: YES
Infill: 15%-20%
Infill Pattern: Line
Optimize Wall Printing Order: YES
Print Wall Ordering: Outside to Inside
Print Top/Bottom: Top Thickness - 1.0 mm
Top Layers - 5 layers
Bottom Layers - 3-5 Layers
Print Speed: Outer Wall - 50 mm/s
Inner Wall - 70 mm/s
Infill: - 70 mm/s
Top/Bottom: 50 mm/s
This was created from the actual size of a collar version bars, so it is very small on the print bed which you will have to scale to higher.
Shoutout to all my officers holding down the double bars but not causing a double standard!
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
