Workings but this is a viable model: Aim to create a quick print flat moss pole that folds and snaps together as a version of my other more complex upright Voronoi model. By printing flat on the build plate the print time can be greatly reduced. This model prints in just 4 hours @ 0.2mm. I've used PETG on the smooth plate.
- Ensure the build plate is very clean and z correct for successful first layer. Print slow ~ 15mm sec works well for me for first layer (added my gcode for ref)
- Carefully detach from the plate. Suggest thin card or paper to slice under
- Model will fold and snap together (with care) at the ball and socket joints. Best to roll together on a flat surface. Once locked it's surprisingly sturdy
