Another fidget toy of my series.
Basically the same as the quite popular #05, but with higher gears (still the same fun).
For non-Prusa parts and filaments, check out 3DJake (International, UK, Germany, France).
I'll get a small cut of any order you fulfil using these links (at no additional cost for you 😉).
If you want to support my work directly, you can buy me a coffee.
If you want to order a Prusa printer and earn some Prusameters (I will also get some), you can use my referral code "@Whity" at checkout or click one of the following links
(the code only works for the first order of each printer model):

The gap between the middle and outer gears already has some tolerance by design, but it can happen that the gears are too tight after assembly and don't spin freely.
If that's the case, just scale down the X and Y axis (NOT Z) of the “Middle Gear” a little bit (0.5 or 1% should be enough. Mine was perfect when scaled down to 99%). The provided 3mf file already contains two slightly scaled ones.
Place the “Top” part on a role of electrical tape (as the middle gear sticks out a bit and this makes the assembly much easier):
Place the six outer gears around it:
Add a drop of glue to each hole of the “Bottom” part. Take care to not add too much glue. You don't want to glue the gears to it 😉:
Slide the bottom part in place and let the glue dry:
You can add a (very) short piece of filament to center the knobs:
Add some glue to the top of the middle gear. Again, not too much, and add the knob. Then repeat on the other side:
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
