The rugged box and inserts are based on my parametric “Rugged Box”.
The size of the inserts and the box itself (number of rows/slots) can be modified in Fusion 360 (f3d file available in the files section).
IMPORTANT: If you want to have more than two rows, you may run into a problem that the lid cannot be closed because of the inserts standing out 5 mm. You have to check if there is enough clearance first (I never tested it).
If you need a the same box, but with only one row, a remix can be found here.
There's also a version which has higher slots and provides many different inserts for batteries, SD cards or GoPro.
For non-Prusa parts and filaments, check out 3DJake (International, UK, Germany, France).
I'll get a small cut of any order you fulfil using these links (at no additional cost for you 😉).
If you want to support my work directly, you can buy me a coffee.
If you want to order a Prusa printer and earn some Prusameters (I will also get some), you can use my referral code "@Whity" at checkout or click one of the following links
(the code only works for the first order of each printer model):

If you would like to buy the screws, square nuts or threaded inserts shown in the pictures, you can find them here:
Download all the available inserts from my older (one row only) model:
https://www.printables.com/model/454281-rugged-box-with-modular-slots-parametric-shallow-h/files
NOTE 1: Make sure you download the “V2” version, because the older inserts can cause problems when closing the lid.
NOTE 2: You can (and SHOULD) fine tune the inserts in your slicer to make them fit perfectly as you want them to fit (firmer or looser), if you don't want to change it in F360. For smaller changes this is much more convenient.
Select the insert, make sure the “ratio-lock” is disabled and slightly adjust the X and/or Y dimensions as needed (here I changed X and Y by 0.05 mm to make them slide in smoothly):
You will need six 30mm M3 screws to assemble it.
Cut a piece a foam (~10 mm thick) for the lid to hold down the inserts when closed.
I like these screws which have a nice round head:
Allen hex socket button head screw
Or, if you want no screw head at all, which I personally like even more:
Hex socket set screws
Note: I recommend the stainless steel ones. The blackened ones are oily and have to be cleaned.
The author remixed this model.
Multiple rows possible instead of only a fixed one in the original model
