One of my most reliable guitars. Do yourself a favor and put some time into making the sides of the frets smooth. Print thin layers, Wet sand smooth, and then I put a little grease in the channels for extra smooth action after it works in. The frets aren’t mounted directly to the switches like other designs, so you’ll inherently get a little layer on layer action.

Great design. I added some buttons to play fighting games.

Best thing I've printed. TY! I did have to sand the Strummer bracket a bit because it was sticking after screwing down the body plates. Needed a fraction of a mm more clearance.

works beautifully, it's big enough to be held by most people, and with this custom face plate It's truly me favorite controller.

if anyone sees this and is willing to do this model but as a stratocaster it would really be apreciated.

Thanks! Only notes is that I had to slightly reduce the size of the strumming switch because it got too tight and wouldn't move when I screwed together the two parts of the body.

Great design, can’t wait to see what you make next

Still waiting on the electronics to arrive but the prints look sick. The button stabilizers are a bit hard to insert. Ended up trimming the corners with a flush cut tool to make them slide in easier.

@JoshDesigns_295335 I printed the poly guitar model recently and absolutely loved it! I'm working on the Les paul version now and I was wondering if you happened to have a version with a whammy bar? I'd love to add that functionality to my next build!

Assembly took a bit of effort but nothing crazy.

In a couple spots I opted for a slightly longer screw than the design listed to ensure good threading into the nut.

One place I had to print a part slightly smaller to fit the very close tolerances (strum bar). But the overall design is really good. And it works great.

Probably in for a total of $30-$40 in materials and parts. Well worth it since wired versions of these are really hard to find in functioning condition.
