I originally designed this for my Kreg pocket hole screws that I use for DIY.

There are 2 versions included depending on how far in your screws are in the hole.

Use the LONG version if possible as the standard version or the SHORT version if the screw is almost sticking out of the pocket hole.

Make sure you test fit before gluing in with PVA glue. Wipe off any excess glue if you put too much on.

I printed these on my Creality CR-6 SE printer with Cura slicer. (other printers/slicers can be used).

Material: PLA

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Print Speed: 60mm/s

Nozzle Temperature: 210 Degrees

Bed Temperature: 60 Degrees

Infill: 100%

Supports: No

Skirt: Yes

Brim: No

Raft: No

 

Print flat side down. You can experiment with infill but these are very quick to print even at .01 and 100% infill.
