Magliner Trough Lens Cleaning Organiser

An organiser for a lens cleaning kit of Kimwipes, Pancro lens cleaner, cotton buds, and sylvet cloth (hidden under) for the smaller Magliner Trough/Utility Box.

The groove down the side is to fit around the interior studs of the trough

NOTE: You will need to remove the Kimwipes from their cardboard box as it's too big for this model of Trough, the tissues will squish a bit on one side when inside the organiser. However I've tested and they still pull out perfectly fine.

V2 - 12/03/2022

The first print came out great, but with some silly mistakes. Here's the changes:

• the Pancro diameter was too tight, so I've adjusted it 1.5mm to easily slide
• I removed the floor as the whole box was strong without it, and the supports were extremely difficult to remove prior
• widened the inside of the lid by 0.25mm so that it slides off more easily as it was extremely tight
• moved the slot for the bolt to better line up with the trough's bolt
• chamfered the corners slightly as the trough's corners are welded (not square)
• the lid is now right-side up for printing so that the top layer is printed perfectly. When flipped upside-down, the exterior of the lid was all stringy when printing with a raft.

I liked the designs of mrORRC, dacampora, AndrewLSGoh and Fila_Mentor, however I have a different model Magliner trough and so their designs didn't fit and/or I wanted to keep my design to just cleaning items as I store my allen keys and canned air elsewhere.

Post-Printing =============

Use sandpaper to round the handle-side bottom corners as the Trough/Utility Box is welded and so doesn't have precisely square corners
