This is a replacement tray handle the Hamilton Beach Raclette Party Grill (31602).
My family has used this Raclette grill for years and finally a couple of the plastic tray handles were left on the grill and melted, so I designed a parametric replacement in OnShape. I printed in both Inland PETG+ and with Inland Standard Resin.

I was able to print without supports in a vertical orientation, but you do get some less pretty overhanging issues. When I used a supports on the outside (see .3mf file) it helped a lot.

I printed this a 0.050mm and it came out beautiful. I sanded with 2000-5000 grit sandpaper and the sprayed it with a clear matte spray.
