The files I'm sharing here allow you to create custom brackets that slide into the Element System rails. Every model prints without supports.

I'm sharing two different kinds of custom bracket. I needed these specifically for a project of mine, so they may be of limited use to you. But I'm also sharing the Fusion file, so go crazy with your custom attachments! Each bracket is secured by three 10 mm M3 countersunk screws.

The custom brackets are secured by three M3 screws. The top side of the brackets is the same.

All models print without supports. They enclose a chunk of the smallest, 15 cm shelf bracket. With the jig I'm sharing, you can use a metal hand saw and a 3 mm metal drill to cut down and drill through each bracket precisely and repeatably.

The jig is made of two parts and is secured by a pair of M5 screws. I recommend gluing some non-slip material at the bottom of the jig. I use cheap gaming mouse pads that have a rubberized underline.

Make sure you're putting the jig on some scrap board when drilling the holes! The drill will very easily punch through the entire jig and damage whatever's underneath.
