Bosch Sortimo L-Boxx Mini Gridfinity lid insert (with Fusion)

The main model in this upload is a lid insert for the L-Boxx mini. It lines up exactly with the baseplate here https://www.printables.com/model/275513-gridfinity-baseplate-for-bosch-sortimo-l-boxx-mini.

This ensures that no small parts will fall outside the bins even if vigorously shaken. This will fit 5u tall boxes.

There are two variations of the lid. I'm using the one with 1.5 mm clearance. This is the gap between the top edges of the gridfinity boxes and the bottom of the lid. I'm having this clearance to insert a foam lining, creating an even better seal.

However there's another file with just 0.5 mm clearance. This is in case you don't want to add foam lining but still have a relatively tight seal.

Finally the foam cutting templates are also included. I've used these to cut some foam padding that is a leftover from laminate floor installation. You also need to install 3 mm heatset inserts into the left and right columns and then use screws, and glue… It's a lot of hassle, so I'm not sure I'd bother with it again.

The Fusion file for all these is also included.

I used the original file as a tool for a cut operation.
