I previously created a method to keep a lovense max2 held in place but it required a rather pricey chastity belt. It also didn't allow for any adjustment which limited the effectiveness. Thus I designed this contraption. It has a minor BOM which is easily sourced outside of the printed parts.
All printed parts are oriented correctly in the STL and STEP files to print.
- Print one of max2 holder model. Supports are HIGHLY suggested for the unsupported circular over hangs that allows for the end cap nubs to lock correctly. I used organic supports on the build place only and they only added a few minutes to the overall print time.
- Print one of the mounting body model. No supports needed.
- Print two of the rear belt loop model. No supports needed. There's two different belt loop models. The slotted one allows for the hook and loop strap to thread through it, allowing for a non sliding option. the non slotted one is wider and allows the belt to pass through it with little to no friction. Depends on if you want movement on the crotch straps or not. Great thing about 3d printing, you can try both!
NOTE: the tolerance on the max2 holder is tight. I found that a variance of less than 1mm on the inner lip diameter can cause either the max2 to not insert or wobble just enough to loosen out of the end cap mounting nubs. I printed these in both ABS and ASA so the models are designed for shrinkage those materials experience. If you're printing in something else and find the fit doesn't work, scaling down the model in the slicer by 1% will probably work (let me know in the comments if you run into this). I've also included the STEP files and FreeCAD source. Feel free to modify/hack/resize as you need.

Assembly:
- insert heatsets into the mounting body's 3 holes. Either side will work, I suggest inserting them from the side that will rest against your body. That allows the pull of the attaching bolts the greatest strength.
- Attach the max2 holder to the mounting body with the (3) M5 SHCS bolts. Any orientation will do, just line up all three holes. Both pieces should mount flush to each other (if not, you have the max2 holder upside down).
- Cut a section of hook and loop for a hip/waist belt. I did this by looping the end through one of the 45 degree attachment slots, holding the assembly in the desired location on yourself. Wrap the material around the back and down to the other 45 degree mount. Cut to the desired length that will allow the adjustment you want. As always, it's a lot easier to trim the length instead of making it longer after the fact.
- Release the hip/waist belt and thread the two rear belt loop so they will sit around your hip bones, horizontal attachment loop oriented downward.
- Cut to length the crotch straps. I did this by putting the harness on getting it positioned and then attaching a single crotch strap (either one) and getting an approximate length. The hook and loop allows for a lot of adjustment, find something to your liking. You can then duplicate the crotch strap length for a total of two of them.
The Lovense Max2 attaches to the holder via the end cap attachment nubs. Just insert all the way and twist to lock into place. I would suggest attaching the max2 to the assembly and then positioning it on yourself. While it seems like it work to get the harness in place and then “plug” the max2 in, it never seems to be a smooth operation.
