Walther PPK - The Deliverer - Updated

Alterations: Many pieces were scaled up to have a better all fit, I also made alterations to the barrel where the chamber is fragile it does not break so easily, I also made barrel plugs to make it more cosplay friendly.

Non-3D Printed Parts (What worked best for me):

Qty 1 - M3-.50x20 Screw/Bolt (For suppressor, mine does not need to be screwed in but it friction fits for support) (will need a longer screw for the extended suppressor)

Qty 2 - M3-.50x16 Screw/Bolt (For the Frame)

Qty 2 - M3-.50x10 Screw/Bolt (For Hand Grips and Frame)

Qty 1 - 1mm x 14mm x 50mm Compression Spring (thickness of spring wire, outer diameter, length) https://a.co/d/4gEpuU4

For Strength I highly suggest printing in PETG as I did after my test model.

Assembly: (Feel Free to Watch the Original Creators Video)

Take the Left Frame, get the barrel started on the Pin (BE VERY CAREFUL THIS PIN IS PRONE TO SNAPPING AND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO REPRINT THE BARREL AND LEFT FRAME)

Next insert the mag lock, hammer, trigger, and trigger guard

Carefully take the right Side frame and line it up with the left side putting pressure down where the barrel will fully slide onto the pin and where the left and right frame meet on this same pin.

Install Hand Grips

Install M3x16 screws in the frame, one at the bottom of the trigger guard, one just above the trigger

install M3x10 screws in grips, if the middle of the frame starts to separate ease the screws back out a little until roughly the same depth and comfortable

*Optional, glue the front of the frames together carefully with super glue including the trigger guard

Place Compression Spring around the barrel and gently attach the slide threading the barrel and spring into place

Pull back on the slide a few times to make sure there is little friction between the slide and frame. the slide should go back forward but not come off all of the way.

Lastly place the M3x20 screw into the suppressor, Optional to glue in the screw.

I do suggest carefully threading the suppressor onto the barrel a few times as these tolerances can be tight, this can cause the barrel to snap the pin it is held onto, heat from the friction can ruin the threads of the barrel or the suppressor or even heat snap the threads off of the suppressor.

I am currently waiting on the weather to get nicer so i may paint a version to make it game accurate as well.

Resized pieces for snugger fit especially with the magazine and magazine snap lock, combines the barrel extension and suppressor, provided barrel caps, also fixed part of the chamber on the barrel so it is less prone to breaking
