Tesla Model S/X/3/Y HW3 (up to 2023) Rear Camera Shield

For the 2025 Tesla Model 3/Y, a shield around the camera was added. This is a remodel of the Model Y 2023 Berlin custom version that:

• Smooths out the walls to be circles instead of polygons.
• Fixes the bottom part of the shield not being correctly centered.

This is intended to be 1:1 compatible with the original. The original was intended for the Model Y 2023 from Berlin, but it also works for Model Y 2021 (October 2020 built) and Model S 2021.

The model was printed with 0.15mm layer heights on a Prusa MK4S originally with Hatchbox PETG at 100% scaling, then Overture ASA at 101% scaling. PLA is not recommended due to poor temperature resistance. ASA is recommended for UV and weather resistance, and also seems to be more hydrophobic than PETG.

When installed, this should be friction-fit and not cover the camera view. If the model is loose, try resizing the model in 1% increments. This goes especially for filaments that shrink, like ABS and ASA.

This model is not compatible HW4 2024 Model S/X/3/Y due to having a different casing. This alternative model might work.

• Remodeled in Fusion 360 for smoother walls.
• Made the bottom shield symmetric (it was not correctly centered).
