A replacement mainboard cover for the Qidi Plus4 that allows for the use of a 92x25mm fan.
I found that 92mm 24V fans were less expensive than 80mm ones so it's a good tradeoff.
Here is the specific fan I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D62YDX9W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

The fan is positioned off-center so it is more centrally over the hottest parts of the mainboard: the stepper drivers, Rockchip CPU, and STM32 MCU.

Also included is an optional focusing duct which may be attached to the fan using M4x12mm screws and nuts or coarse threaded screws which cut threads directly into plastic (which often come with fans).

A fan grill is also included to protect the fan inlet from debris. I attached this with M4x12mm screws, lock washers, and nuts.

Printing notes:
This is best printed with a 0.2mm layer height.
The hex cover needs to be flipped down to print to get the textured side on the “outside”.
Only the center of the focused ducting requires support.
I recommend printing with PETG or something that can withstand higher temperatures.

I also recommend performing the following printer.cfg modification
https://github.com/qidi-community/Plus4-Wiki/tree/main/content/adaptive-main-board-cooling
to reduce the fan speed for quieter operation since larger fans do not require 100% to provide sufficient cooling. Personally, I changed the minimum fan speed from 0.0 to 0.3 because the fan is quieter there than at 0-20%. Also, the Plus4's power supply fan is still louder.
