MK4/S Nextruder Nozzle Thumbscrew Locking Device

MK4 nozzle thumbscrews have been known to loosen on their own. My printer has experienced this phenomenon. This design hopes to lock them in place so that can’t happen. Before you install, have a look at your fan wire routing to ensure that the locking device will not pinch the wires.

The 0.618" diameter model was a good fit for my printer.  If this is not a good fit for your's, there are three other diameters to try. You could also try scaling one of them.

Print parameters:
MK4S Preset: 0.15mm Structural
Material: PETG
Infill: 25% Gyroid
Layer height: 0.15mm
Perimeters: 3
Seam Position: Random (to avoid possible fit issues with seams)
