Nozzle: 0.6mm for best results
Material: PLA, ABS
Supports: Yes
Driver: Tang Band W3 1876s (ND90/91 version will be added later)
Radiators: Dayton ND90-PR
Amplifier: Hifidiy live 2.1 amplifier from Aliexpress. Any version will work, but use a lower voltage power supply (18V is more than enough).

Mini subwoofer utilizing a 3" subwoofer from Tang Band and a pair of passive radiators. This sub will hit relatively low for its size, but don't expect high SPL levels. To be used with small satellite speakers.

Three parts:

  1. box - print frontside down
  2. back
  3. cover

No point in filling the box with any dampening material. Tuning can be adjusted by adding weight onto the radiators - up to you to choose between a few extra dB, or a deeper extension. Radiators come with two disks - one will result in 57Hz f3 point and approx. 92dB at 20W, two disks will push the extension down to 47Hz, but you'll be down to 89dB. For a flat half-space tuning you could go all the way up to 25g total added weight for an impressive f3 point of 38Hz (theoretically). The actual frequency response and bass extension will however depend on the placement and room acoustics.
