I needed something to make it easier to adjust the knobs underneath the buildplate while doing the paper leveling or when using the Klipper “screw_tilt_adjust”
Result is this 12 sided key that fits the leveling knobs perfectly. I kept the tolerances very tight, because the adjustment knobs have a rubber cover on them.
I have uploaded 3 versions, the first version is a project file made for a Prusa XL printer, where I made use of the capabilities of 2 different materials in one print. I used PLA as the support material and PETG to print the actual wrench bit. In this orientation the final strength is much higher and the tool is less likely to break.
You can use the second version, the .3mf file named “PETG Leveling key PLA supports” on any other printer capable of printing multi material. Unfortunately this is not yet possible on the Plus 4, since the Qidi box is expected to be on the market from Q1 2025 at the soonest.
The third version called "Qidi Plus 4 bed wrench" can be printed on any other printer. The orientation of this model on the plate is not the most optimal for final model strength, but you can of course change the orientation and add your own supports.
