This skeleton is a remix of Posable Skeleton (from Fub-Artistry), which is itself a remix of Mr Bones (from graphix25). Since I'm on the topic of giving credit, I will also mention that the split ribs files come from Mr Bones Chest Remix (from Skrat6009). I included the split ribs for completeness, but I found that I could remove the supports from the original ribs, and I preferred that over having to glue the parts together.
My contributions to this project include three parts. First, I fixed the neck joint. The original model included a separate neck joint that did not come close to fitting into the hole in the skull. My version includes a neck joint that is already attached to the skull. Second, I split the model into individual parts so that each could be printed, scaled, and arranged individually. Finally, I created the a few print profiles. I wanted to include versions that could fit all the pieces (at 100% scale) onto a build plate as small as the A1; as well as a version that maxed out the standard 256mm build plate (300% scale).
If you choose to go big with this model, I would recommend using a heat gun on the joint sockets just before connecting each joint. I found out the hard way that the joints tend to crack when scaled up that high.
The author remixed this model.
