Ther are multiple ways of reviving the flir one pro after a problem with the connector. I stumbled over an article on hackaday that gave me the inspiration to repair/upgrade my FLIR one pro microUSB. Instead of an connection with the USB-C-Port of the camera, I opted to use a new plug.
I fund some USB-C-OTG-Host plugs on amazon. Soldered them to the test-points on the FLIR board and was happy with the results. My thermal camera was finally in working condition.
The printed part can hold the USB-C module, and is a direct replacement for the original plastic part.
Printing: 0.2 mm nozzle or resin printer is recommended.
Soldering: take a look into the photos of the Hackaday article and some YouTube videos about the repair.
