I printed in PETG with a 0.8mm nozzle on my Sidewinder X1 from 2019. It seems to be holding up a 150CM shelf above my desk between two Ivar units. I glued the bracket to the shelf with cheap Poundland epoxy as well as using screws. I drilled out the holes but that was probably only needed because I was using a new profile and a new nozzle and was getting my printer going again after not using it for a year. (edited)

absolutely awesome ! I had unused 50 cm Ivar sides without shelfs.
It will be perfect for my future custom enclosure, thanks !
What a great build! I modded the screw hole slightly to increase diameter and made the peg slot a bit bigger as I've got the older version of the Ivar shelves that use the 6mm diameter pegs (the new ones may as well, but last time I was at Ikea it looked like they were thinner). That said, I probably would have been fine with the STL as provided. They printed beautifully, installed with 40mm screws with pilot holes, and made my shelves fit to entire length of the wall. Of course, with the shelves at Ikea being out of stock we might be printing a bunch more to customize what we've already got. Thanks, Mlax.
