Fantastic mod! I absolutely love this. Being removable and 270 degrees makes the printer much easier to work on. The move smoothly and easily. It's tricky to get the magnets into the door side, but that's the nature of it.
I also swapped out the panel joints that only looked like hinges, so I can get closer if I need to.

Which probe setup are you using with this? I finally got it printed and put on the printer and the Klackender probe dock is ~12mm too short in the y direction to successfully hold/transfer the probe to and from the printhead. (edited)

exactly what I needed. I crashed into the bed, had my hand on the button as a rule anyways. then tested the probe, all good with my finger, must be too high. this little gem was the cure. I snipped the outer piece so I could install without having to remove the cable. all good now. probe offset it -4.20

Does this help with Printing hotter in the long run? I bought a H2 the first version and never got it to print PETG or ASA without heat creep

Printed in Sunlu Black ABS without any issues. It fits perfectly.

Thank you for the model

How is this performing for you so far? I'm looking to print a MAD setup soon and I wouldn't mind ditching the trashy Winsinn 5015s I've got on my E3v2 at the moment.
I'd love to to hear that it works but I gather that axial fans dont get along with twisty ducting paths. Two fans working in parallel would increase flow but I don't think it necessarily increases the static pressure you'd want for ducting.

Now that I think of it I wonder if the way to do it is to have the 4020s blowing in series rather than parallel.

It looks like it's a thing but it sounds like the spacing between the two matters and I dont see any info for small fans

@hobbydisorder_421119 Ohhh so that's the trick. I've only played with PLA and some PETG so I didn't know you could get some of the more sensitive stuff to work with just a box.

As a fellow E3v2 + H2 owner I can definitely relate to the upgrades and noctua mods getting a little out of hand. I had 4020s on my old extruder setup but I never got the PSU fan swap to work so they didn't help much. I'm hoping I can just set it up in a utility room once I finish this round of tinkering. Then I've just gotta resist the urge to mess with it until I can get a second printer for redundancy

@Sken_323097 For a while I just had a blanket draped over it hahaha! I got tired of constantly fussing with it to keep the blanket out of the fans and wheels, so I took a giant box home from work, cut the necessary panels, and used Gorilla Tape to make pseudo-hinges between them. It folds completely flat to stash behind the cabinet when not in use. Works like a charm for ASA. I haven't tried ABS or anything else more obnoxious yet. But when I use ApolloX filament, I don't even really use the box unless it's a bigger part, and still run my part cooling fan. Really like that stuff. A bit of a pain to get it dialed in, but once it is...boy howdy, do the prints come out gorgeous!
For the PSU fan swap, I pulled both the MB and PSU fans out, and ducted a single 120mm Noctua into both from the side, and use a buck converter to run it off of the same header as the hotend fan so that it powers on with the printer. I'll check to see if the model I started with is on here. I got it off of Thingiverse, but I had to modify it to fit my setup, since I have dual Z motors, and Z braces, the original wouldn't fit.
Not sure I will post the remix as the connections on part of the ducting were...less than ideal lol. I didn't bother to fix it, since it functions as intended after a generous application of duct tape, and is hidden under the machine. It really made the biggest difference in the noise level.
