Giving this to my math teacher! Think I used wrong colour for the apple though

Moving the eyelids is a little bit difficult, but it's a fun print either way. Now I just have to find somewhere to put them.
@Zonnke_1291394 Those turned out great. Cleaning up the underside of the eye lids will give the eyelids a smooth motion, but I kind of like the friction for the sake of posing. Thank you for sharing!
@ThatGuy Those looks great! I'd expect you to get a HOA letter thanking you for sprucing up the neighborhood. Thank you for sharing!
@Xibalba_566432 :) the red smears are killing me. Excellent work. Thanks for sharing!
@MerganMcFergan np :-) thanks for the funny model
@ChrisNe I typically design with a .2mm gap, so your gaps would be .1mm at that scale. It'll be tough for a printer to keep the parts separate and it probably turn out as a solid part. Some printers could pull it off though. Let me know what happens if you try.
@MerganMcFergan thx....maybe 😅
Needed some wheels to test out different castor angles and these worked great! worked right off the bed even with my crappy out of tune ender 3 pro
@The_5thDoctor Looks great, thanks for sharing!
The test handle broke along layer lines and the actual handle let go of the bed while printing but the rest of it printed beautifully with MMU and I had already included the extra handle “just in case” so I just snapped it in place when done. Well done, and excellent details on the outside of the case!
@batman Excellent! I knew I wouldn't be the only one to loose a handle during printing. I'm doubly pleased to know that this design is Batman approved :) Thank you for sharing!
@IgnacioVidal Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy it.
@Jarda_1626612 He turned out great; thanks for sharing!
Love it! I will mention that you want a filament with really strong layer adhesion for the safety cover. The gray PLA I used separated/snapped making the sidewalls bow out too easily, and it wont stay in the sockets/hinges now. I'm going to try adding some extra wall thickness to the part and do it again.
@64bitcube That color is flawless; looks great! Sorry to hear the cap was tricky. It needed to be pretty thin and tiny to work on this one. I had the best luck printing the cap vertically (flipped open position.) Hope that helps, and thanks so much for sharing that awesome make!
prints failed a few times, but with some tuning in the slicer it printed decently well
Have to tune my printer or use a larger tolerance because it was stuck together. Still came out pretty good though.
