Keep in mind, this may not meet building code if used for a clothes dryer. At least in the US, grilles/louvers are not permitted for dryer exhaust. You can have a flap (gravity closure), but otherwise the opening must be unobstructed to prevent lint from clogging the outlet and potentially causing a fire hazard.
