The jars are approximately 100mm diameter by 140mm high with lid (see drawing). The hexagons have dovetail joints that press together. I designed in 0.25mm clearance but they fit firmly together.
I was trying to use up as much of the space available so I made little draws to go in the places the jars carnt.
The jars are angled back 5deg to aid with ergonomics (and I think it looks a bit nacer). The top caps are just 5deg wedges that clip on the top to allow a shelf to be fixed flat to the top.
print settings:
nozel: 0.6mm
layer height: 0.35mm
material: mostly PLA (some PETG)
infill: 15%
I ran machine up to 200% and each hex took about 3h ~ 4h
