Hello!
Here is my design of air filter/fume extractor for my enclosed or not printers!
I designed it for these HEPA filters:

And finally I decided to use a 120mm Noctua Fan (Noctua NF-F12 exactly). As the Noctua fans comes with a lot of accessory my design is made so that you'll only need the fan and the prints.
You don't need to buy any screws!
For powering the fan you only need to connect to the 12v of your printer. (If it's 24V you'll need to add a voltage regulator or you can use a 24v Noctua)
The design is made so that you can let it stand next to your printer if it's not enclosed but in a small space (for example in a closet). In that configuration you'll need to print everything but the FAN DUCT without legs.stl.
If you have an enclosed printer you can also make a 118mm diameter hole in the enclosure with 105mm spaced holes (dia 5mm) and crew the FAN DUCT to the Noctua fan with the enclosure wall in between.(In that configuration you'll need to print everything but LEGS.stl and FAN DUCT.stl)
I DON'T REALLY KNOW IF IT'S VERY EFFICIENT TO CATCH AND FILTER ALL THE FUMES!
Here is a demo on the filter functioning:

But I hope it will make you feel more confortable with your printer!
