D-Series Ball Vise

A remix of Chris Borge's design that fixes a few tolerance issues, adds a few bonus parts, and adds documentation.

Added loose-tolerance variants to Knobs, and fixed the Print Orientation diagram in the instructions for the Dovetail piece (shoutout to @oddstopmo for catching this)

I've:

• Added documentation
• Included a complete Bill of Materials
• renamed items for clearer reference to that documentation, 
• remodelled a few pieces for more consistent tolerances, 
• made corrections to a few pieces that had interference issues, 
• replaced all knobs with my style of knobs.
• added a few bonus parts of my own.
