Ulka Pump Mount for Gaggia Classic

7/09/2024 - An option has been added where the middle section of the pump mount is removed.

This model is intended to replace the original pump mount (including the metal plate) for the Gaggia Classic.

Parts needed:

- 2x 3.5x9.5mm Self Tapping Screw (retained from existing pump mount) 
- 4x M3x10 Screws (lengths from 8 - 12mm are supported)
- 4x M3x7mm washers (or 3D print 2x clamps)
- 3mm Silicone sheet https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006922115651.html

There is also an alternative model available that uses 4x heat insert nuts - M3, OD 4.5mm, length 5 or 6mm:

Suggested print settings:
PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 2 or 3  perimeters, 30% infill

Tip: For smaller diameter holes (3mm and 9mm), you can use a drill and and consider slightly oversizing them.
For the 14mm hole, I’ve found that a small hobby knife works best.




Attach the silicone sheet to the pump mount using 4x M3 screws with washers (or clamps) as shown:
