MK4S X MK3S+ Fan Shroud

***This project is still a WIP, but I have been able to successfully print multiple working versions of this model (and am currently using it on an MK3S+ to print more).***

Purpose: Create the simplest, one-piece replacement version of the current fan shroud for the MK3S+ using new developments in 360º cooling released on the MK4S model.

My current configuration:

--Prusament ASA

--0.6mm Nozzle

--0.30mm layer height (can go down to .15 or .20). Pictures show the .20mm version by itself, and the .30mm version mounted on extruder assembly.

--Organic supports painted on around the round air vent portion of the model.

8/29/24 - V3 includes thicker wall (.90mm) on angled slope of lefts side. Some areas are still a bit messy when printed, but still fit generally well on the extruder assembly.

Combined the fanshroud parts from both printer models to adapt for the MK3S+.
