Better spool holder cap for Sovol SV08

The stock spool holder allows spools to rotate too freely, resulting in the filament unwinding. This replacement cap fixes that by increasing the size of the center boss to have some very light friction on the inside of the spool roller, keeping it from spinning too freely while still letting the filament feed smoothly.
