This is my mount for the power connector of my Hypercube build. I use this power connector with a switch: https://www.banggood.com/3-in-1-Fuse-Power-Supply-Socket-for-Makerbot-Ultimaker-p-1051419.html
However i replaced the 2 pin switch with a 4 pin switch to break both power lines to ease my mind. Got mine from here: https://www.ebay.de/itm/Wippschalter-H8550VBACA-Schalter-2-polig-EIN-AUS-10A-250V-AC-schwarz-I-O-855226/183034200775
You need:
6 M3 screws (length: 5mm and above up to ~20mm) The holes for the M3 screws are threaded.
In the .zip file are other iterations of my design where i did not enclose the internal connections. This makes the housing thinner and you can use cable connectors but you have more wires outside.
I finally decided to use a full enclosed version. The wires need to be soldered there. The cable hole has a diameter of 9mm.
The housing needs to be screwed to the extrusions fist before inserting the connector.
