I quickly designed some corner braces, because I have the feeling, that the frame could be a little sturdier.

So far I haven't found time to do some comparative resonance measurements on the stiffness of the frame.

The braces are printed in PLA, because I just had a spool hooked up to the printer at the time.

I tried to print it pretty rigid and that's what they've become.

Layer height: 0,2mm

Wall loops: 5

Top shell layers: 5

Bottom shell layers: 5

Infull density 25%

Sparse infill pattern: Cubic

No supports

Brim type: Mouse ear

Brim width: 8mm

You will most probably need the brim to counter the warping in the sharp corners. At least, I needed them. =)

Not usable with a housing.

Please, let me know what you think!
