These are side panel files for the original (not slim) DISK PS5 - Digital hopefully on their way soon, they require a large format printer to be printable, printers such as a CR-10 or likewise build volume (around 390mm high).
This step is optional but to reduce vibrations at the top of the flat panel (I found on the cr-10 bedslinger the print wobbled alot at the top) I quickly made a little support beam that you can add when slicing, it will help keep the flat panel steady as it gets higher in the print. (the file is the one called 'support for flat panel'), I just manually placed it in the flat panel model whereever you like, after it had been printed I cut it off either using a hot knife, melting the PLA or using a small saw.
I printed these with a 0.2mm layer height at 45mm/s on a CR-10 V2 in PLA and it took around 2 and a half days to print in total. I have found no issues with using PLA foir the side panels even with the heat from the PS5 running for extended periods of time.
To install the new printed panels be careful as they are not as strong as the original ones, however they are still quite easy to install, just remove the old ones, ensure all the clips are alligned and slide the panel up while pushing the corners down to ensure the clips dont moss the mounting holes.
