Material: PLA. (using a matt PLA, such as Matt Grey or White works better for the spring longevity, opposed to glossy PLA's).
Layer height: 0.16mm
Infill (important): 65% infill

Supports: use tree supports @ 25% threshold angle. Important: also need to remove tree supports from the inside of bottom end of the fidget before screwing base plate.
Post printing: If required sand/file any seams off the edges to ensure a smooth operation.
