Update 11/08/24:
+ Renamed the files from “Zeus-EG” to “CG”
+ Added a Left-SG-Part
+ Updated SG- and Bot-Part to fit other EG-bases
+ Made the Clamp-part thicker to improove the grip for other CEWs
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I designed a new version of the free-shaft Customize-Gear that came with the Beyblade Zeus (Takara version) so you can use it as a replacement on your Zeus or on every other existing EG-base.
It's optimized for FDM printing, needs no support and will not rub against the casing like the original did.
An M2-screw is used as the new shaft, so you don't need to have a genuine one.
I recommend printing the parts in PETG with 0.1mm layer height.
To assemble it, you will need:
2x M2x12mm wafer-head or flat-head Screws
1x M2x16mm Screw (18mm ist fine too)
2x MR52ZZ-bearings (the same that fits in all other plastic-gen Beyblades)
Instructions:
1: Take the bot- and the Left/Right_SG-part and insert a ball bearing in the middle-hole of each one
2: Place the AR-holder on top of the Left/Right_SG and screw all three parts together with the two M2x12 screws in the outer holes.
3: Put the M2x16 screw from the top into the assembly and screw the CEW-clamp from the bottom of the CG on it
4: You don't need to tighten the screw that much, just enough so that the clamp doesn't wobble around, but can still spin freely. If you want you can use a tiny bit of glue to secure it in place
5: Place the new CG in Zeus and use the CEW of your choice
