Since I have the 500mm volume large profile printer, I remixed the frame from 4 pieces to 1 piece to reduce assembly time.

For the remix, I did few changes on the small parts:
Top frame:
• I added more bolts to the clamps to ensure the rod is securely fastened. The 285mm rod will be part of the structure, so I removed the bottom part of the frame.
• I modified the gantry carriage to fit the 285mm rod.
Printhead:
•(“021” just for fun because it is my lucky number, the STEP file I was upload is “100”)
•I modified the bracket to fit the v6 hotend: Print link
Extruder:
•Voron M4 Extruder is pretty good option, but I also design the bracket for BMG extruder which is not need to drill any mounting holes on frame. Print link
Bottom frame:
• I remixed for easier assembling process.
• All the fastener exposed outside.
• Use the M5 bolts for the 2020extrusion hardware.
BOM:
•Base on https://www.printables.com/model/572689-the-100-v11-the-fastest-3d-printer-based-on-a-prin I have following changes:
• 285mm liner rod x 6.
• 20x20 250mm aluminum extrusion x2.
• V6 hotend.
• Raspberry Pi.
• All other materials are same.
Printer required:
• Print area of the printer should greater than 350mm x350mm.
Key settings:
• 25% Infill.
• 0.25 Layer height.
• 4 Walls.
