Xol2 with 3010 hotend fan and heat set inserts

xol2 hotend mount for Rapido v2 plus UHF hotend with 3010 hotend fan. All 8 fan mounting screws should be used with heat set inserts. Be aware that the 4 4010 fan mounting holes have very thin walls. Heat set inserts can be pressed in and held in place, but be careful not to soften any (more) walls. I do not use LEDs with my printhead and make no promises about compatibility.

Scaled up the hot-end fan mount to accommodate 3010 fans, and enlarged all 12 fan mount holes to accommodate heat-set inserts.
