Can Cover remix - More durable

I liked the original model, but it was quite fragile and broke easily. It also was not a very snug fit between the base and the lid and it was possible to move the lid quite a lot when it was attached to the base.

To fix this I have increased the thickness around the hinges, both on the base and on the lid. I have also made the lid sit tighter to the base so that it does not wobble as much.

This version is slightly harder to assemble as it sits tighter than the original. It is assembled in the same way, but you need to use slightly more force to get it in.

The Cola can I had at home was also a bit too small for the original size. When I printed it with a 95% scale it fit perfectly on my can. I have uploaded this version in both it original size and in 95% scale. But if you have cans of other sizes you could scale it up or down to your needs.

Increased the thickness around the hinges, both on the base and on the lid, to make it more durable.

The base and the lid are now more tightly fitted together, decreasing wobble if you shake the can.
