This is an extension rod that fits into a precision screwdriver that uses 4mm (3/25") bits or also called micro-bits. Like the Xiaomi Wiha precision screwdriver.
I printed it horizontally with support. If you print it vertically, the layers will go in the direction of the turn when you use the screwdriver, hence it'll be easier for it to break in my opinion.
Tolerances are quite tight so the bits (or the rod inside the screwdriver) don't waggle around.
