ERCT/ERCF Cotton tail Fysetc ERB V2.0 to BTT MMB Adaptor plate

I wanted to use less plastic, verify it was v2.0 of ERB compatible and convert the ERCT to use the new fysetc ERB v2.0 which lets me expand to 12 channels without loosing other functionality.  Thus this.

I've also updated the ERCT MMB Lid with better fitting cutouts for the can/usb cables as the screw terminal is much larger on this board.  I've confirmed this fits well in my use :)

Edit 2: I can now confirm the taller cover does work, though its not the best honestly, its a bit weak as a result of the added height, but will work if you're gentle.  The original cover kinda sucked too though to be fair.  May be better to print with a filament with strong layer adhesion, esun abs+ was an utter fail for me literally disintegrated in my hand, but it worked fine with polymaker abs. 

Adapt the ERCT MMB Box to hold the Fysetc ERB V2 (also v1), I added some hex patterns, to make it less plastic, and look ‘cooler’.  Otherwise the other converter is probably about the same.  I did design the fusion from scratch using the ERCT step, and fysetc dwg files as my sources, but the other printable is my inspiration, so credit where due.
