I found the flush handle a bit difficult to use, so I've extended it up so it makes it easier to wind up

Added a raised flat handle to make turning easier.

July 2024 :- Updated handle files to match the different base sizes from codysechelski project

The author remixed this model.

Extended the handle from being flush to sticking up 5mm to help with turning.
